About Breathwork

Your breath is a gateway - ancient, intimate, and always with you. Through conscious breathing, we soften the mind and meet the body. We clear stuck emotion, release held tension, and come back into presence.

 

In Freya Tribe, breathwork is not just a tool - it’s a ritual. A way to feel more deeply, to remember what’s true, and to return to the wisdom that lives beneath the surface.

What to expect

1. You might feel a lot - and that’s okay.

Breathwork can open the doors to deep emotion, old memories, or unexpected sensations. It’s natural. Let whatever comes, come - and know you're held.

2. Your body leads the way.

This isn’t about pushing or achieving. If you feel dizzy, overwhelmed, or need to pause - do. Stay connected to your body’s pace, not your mind’s expectations.

3. It’s best to have an empty-ish stomach.

Give your body space to breathe deeply. A light meal a few hours before is ideal; avoid heavy food or stimulants just before.

4. You don’t need to “do it right.”

There’s no perfect way to breathe. Trust that whatever happens is enough. If you stay connected and open, the breath will do what it needs to.

5. Integration matters.

What comes up during breathwork can echo through the hours or days after. Be gentle with yourself. Rest, journal, walk in nature, or reach out to me if needed.
